Refunds, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refund & Replacement:

  • We offer refunds & free replacements in case you have received a damaged product.
  • The damaged product must be shipped out within 7 days of your package being delivered.
  • The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
  • The product must be unused in order to be eligible for the refund.
  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at purchase@antheialashes.com and
  • send your item to Antheia Lashes, #175,176, Bannerghatta Road, JP Nagar, 560076 Bangalore KA, India.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. The refunds once approved will be processed within 5-7 business days to your account.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
